Robyn Cooper

Senior Manager Regenerative Agriculture

Robyn is the Senior Manager for the VIVE Programme, leading the VIVE Regenerative Agriculture Programme and MNC partnerships for sustainability initiatives across CZ's global supply chains. Robyn brings 12 years of experience in sustainable agriculture and rural development and specialising in sugarcane. She has led multi-stakeholder initiatives with MNCs across complex value chains, notably shaping the industry leading SAI Platform 'Regenerating Together Programme', and acting as a facilitator and translator to drive impact on key themes including climate, regenerative agriculture, and livelihoods.
Robyn holds an M.A. in 'Globalisation, Business and Development' from the Institute of Development Studies, Sussex, and an M.A. in Molecular Plant Biology from the University of Cambridge.

Global Marketing and Sustainability Director - Textiles

Simon has extensive international experience growing new business in sustainable fibres, technical textiles and performance apparel. Having worked for global brands, retailers and manufacturers, Simon’s background includes building brands and aligning teams across cultures in dynamic markets, and supporting supply chain transformation through the textiles value system. Simon currently leads sustainability for Hyosung, the world’s largest elastane manufacturer by market share, who recently announced a $1bn investment in upgrading their Vietnam facility to produce bio-based elastane derived from sugarcane.
