Head of Sustainability

As a fashion designer and researcher, Anna Schuster brings extensive experience in sustainability and innovation within the fashion and workwear industry, with a focus on footwear and apparel. She has held key positions driving sustainable transformation and material innovation across global fashion brands.

In her current role as Head of Sustainability at PERFORMANCE DAYS, Anna leads initiatives that foster innovation and sustainability within the performance textiles sector. She collaborates with industry partners, research institutes, and organizations to accelerate the shift toward a circular and responsible fashion industry.

Alongside her professional work, Anna also teaches upcycling and sustainability, sharing her knowledge to inspire the next generation of designers and changemakers.

Anna holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Futures from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, and is known for her critical and forward-thinking approach to shaping the future of fashion.

Senior Communication Manager

As an ESMOD graduate, Astrid Schlüchter worked for SAZsport and SPORTSFASHION by saz as the editor in chief. Before she was working as a freelance journalist for various B2B-, online- and print media with a focus on lifestyle, fashion, sport and retail. She has special knowhow in materials, design and new technologies. Since February 2024, she is working as Senior Communication Manager at PERFORMANCE DAYS. In her spare time she explores new regions by mountain bike, hiking, climbing, snowboarding or running.

Head of Material Strategy and Future Trends

As a textile engineer, Regina  brings over 30 years of experience in the textile industry. She has held leading positions at renowned brands such as Adidas, Puma, Odlo, Intersport, and most recently Jack Wolfskin, where she worked finally as Director Material management. In her roles, she acquired extensive knowledge in the development and sourcing of performance materials and innovations. In her role as Head of Material Strategy & Future Trends at Performance Days, Regina strategically advances the development of innovative and sustainable materials, identify global trends, and work with industry partners, institutes, and universities to create forward-thinking solutions for the textile sector.
