Product information
Tainan City, Taiwan is rich in water caltrop, A large number of water caltrop shells cause local environmental pollution issues. Therefore, applying the concept of Circular Economy, through the cooperation between government, industry, and academia, the water caltrop shell is converted into biochar through a series of processing. We worked with spinning mills to added water caltrop shell biochar to nylon yarn to develop fabrics. We hope to achieve the goal of a carbon reduction environment by converting upcycling food waste into textiles.
