The traditional woven/spandex has high min. qty. and long turn around lead time. moreover, the high density construction of woven fabric has limited the breathability performance of the fabric. 3. We had create a very sophisticated construction and subtle construction that create a woven alike appearance. most importantly the advantage of flexibility from knit construction and 10 times better of breathability compare with woven stretch fabric in similar weight. 4. By taking out the spandex from fabric, we are able to save additional 10% energy on heat setting, 40% water on scouring in the entire production process. 5. by collaborating this new idea with the recycle PET bottle from THREAD to keep the material source locally and reduce the carbon emission from shipping the material oversea. The THREAD had set up a caring project to audit recycle collector, recycle center and manufacture to keep the local supply chain function.
