RHEON™ is a strain-rate sensitive superpolymer. While conventional materials remain static, RHEON™ dynamically responds to movement and impact, absorbing over 3x more energy than traditional bra straps. By combining RHEON™ with Stretchline's Orbiknit™ elastics, we can seamlessly integrate dynamic support in bra elastics and trims. Orbiknit is available with recycled yarns. Using Grey Plasma technology for graphics, we can eliminate dyes, colourants, and water in the printing process. RHEON can be made using the post-manufacturing waste from our laser cut and injection moulded components.
