This fabric has been dyed and finished using Xefco’s innovative plasma-based Ausora™ technology: an advanced atmospheric plasma process, which eliminates wastewater, cuts GHG emissions by 94%, reduces chemical use by 97%, and lowers energy use by up to 90%. It delivers superior colour fastness, durability, breathability, and softness with precise, uniform application. By replacing multiple wet processes with a single dry step, Ausora improves efficiency, applies functional finishes such as durable water repellence, and makes high-performance sustainable textiles commercially viable.
