Product information
DMF-free waterborne PU mechanically foamed 2.0mm thick, smooth surface, high air permeability, supple. Lower VOC than solvent-base PU. Innov.: solved surface cracks, broken cell, stiffness problem of waterborne PU foaming/drying & overcame thickness bottleneck of waterborne coatings. Range 0.15-2.0mm, soft to hard texture. Use: laminate between 2 fabrics for sports medicine, support, padding, patch/label, footwear, bag, products needing thickness for shapes, support, embossing or air barrier of different thermal/functional properties. Hydrolysis-resistant. Harder S1 ver. better shape retention
