Product information
First, SDN0185X can reduce CO2 emissions because it is made of 100% recycled poly. Compared with making virgin poly yarn, we can save about 25% CO2 emission by producing recycled poly yarn. In addition, we apply ReEcoya, a recycled dope-dyed fiber, to the face side of SDN0185X. This specific fiber can save water energy up to 80% per yard during the dyeing process. Also, it can improve the color fastness to light as well. Last but not least, we use the TPEE membrane. That is to say, SDN0185X is a mono-component fabric which means it is an excellent product for garment recycling in the future.
