AX® Supertuff RPET 0.85mm represents a game-changing opportunity for Work and PPE brands looking for highly durable textiles with real sustainable features. Commercialized in mid-2022, AX® Supertuff RPET 0.85mm consists of a knit base made of a 55% recycled polyester knit and 45% PU. The knit offers comfort and dexterity while the surface coating provides unique strength, able to withstand over 4,000 cycles of abrasion. We have 3rd party tested this material to EU standards achieving EN388 Level 3 for both Abrasion and Tear meaning work and PPE brands have no excuse now not to go green.
