Morphlon® is made from pre-consumer textile wastes through highly efficient and innovative processing methods. Compared to producing virgin polyester, it needs only one-sixth of energy consumption and emissions one-sixth of carbon. Moreover, it doesn’t require the use of additional water, chemicals, or additives. Morphlon® gives waste materials a new life and significantly reduces the amount of non-compostable wastes going to the waste stream. we blend Morphlon® with recycled PET bottles fibers dyed with solution dye to create a unique yarn.
