S28788 is an environmentally friendly product because it is made with 100% nylon ReEcoya®. ReEcoya® is recycled dope dyed yarn is from industrial waste and regenerated from classification, crushing, melting, repolymerization, and value added with masterbatch before spinning. ReEcoya is the new technology not only saving water, energy, and chemical but also reducing CO2 emission. In material process from chip to yarn, it can save 54% CO2 emission; in dying process, also can save 63% CO2 emission. It protects the ecology and environment from yarn spinning to fabric dyeing.
