Made of recycled nylon with incredibly light weight – only 20 deniers. It’s hard to find dope dyeing recycled fabrics with such thin yarns since it requires advanced recycling technology and stringent quality management systems to decrease its high defect loss. Dope dyeing means adding the color before the fiber is made, so the amount of water used can be reduced by 80% comparing to piece dyeing. Xpore seeks not only eco-friendly raw materials, but also cares about whether the whole manufacturing process is sustainable. OD960 is suitable for all-round use of outdoor activities.
