Man-made cellulosic fibres have long claimed to be more sustainable than cotton. Now this family of fibres believes it can be a viable replacement for performance synthetics by providing a biodegradable, non fossil fuel-based alternative for activewear. Is it time for brands to rethink their fibre priorities, or not?
