Daniela Antunes, a textile engineer with a master’s degree in marketing and extensive international experience in the polyamide textile sector, serves as Marketing Manager at FULGAR. Over the past decade, she has dedicated her work to supporting global brands in enhancing the value of their highly innovative products by integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainability, strengthening communication, and promoting the adoption of more responsible materials in their collections.

Drishti Masand

Senior Manager, Sustainability Direction

Drishti Masand is part of the Global Sustainability team at adidas, where she leads the company’s Circularity Strategy with a focus on material innovation and circular economy solutions. Recognized as an Emerging Leader in sustainability, she also contributes to industry initiatives such as the EU-funded T-REX (Textile Recycling Excellence) Project, helping shape rising sustainability standards and scalable recycling systems for the apparel industry.

Tobias Schwab

Marketing and Business Development Polyamides

Tobias Schwab is a seasoned sustainability and innovation professional with over 12 years of experience across roles in marketing, business development, and circular economy. Since 2021, he has led BASF’s regional sustainability roadmap for polyamides, driving business development and customer engagement for the textile-to-textile recycling initiative loopamid®, and representing BASF in the EU-funded T-REX project. Prior to this, he managed interdisciplinary teams to validate circular business models and led market research for new product strategies. His background includes consulting on digital ecosystems, research in environmental sustainability, and international experience in energy and procurement.
