Lio Chang is the Vice President of the R&D Department at SINGTEX. With an academic foundation rooted in a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from National Chung Hsing University, Lio’s career is deeply anchored in chemistry and driven by a passion for textile innovation and sustainability. Over the years, he has worked across the textile value chain—from advanced material development and chemical fiber modification to guiding global brands toward sustainable practices.
 
During his tenure at SINGTEX, he has led the R&D team in achieving technological breakthroughs in eco-friendly functional textiles, turning complex technical challenges into clear, actionable, and commercially viable strategies. His work bridges the gap between material science and market application, continuously advancing smarter and more sustainable solutions for the industry.
 
Known for his strategic clarity, technical expertise, and collaborative approach, Lio brings a steady focus on progress and empowering teams. He operates at the intersection of innovation, business, and impact—pioneering a smarter and truly responsible future for the textile industry.
