Dr. Monika Hauck is an entrepreneur, researcher and industry expert working at the intersection of circular fashion, innovation and digitalisation. She holds a PhD from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where her research focused on Corporate Venturing and Open Innovation. She later founded and led the WHU Entrepreneurship Center, supporting startups, corporate innovation and the development of the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem.

She has served as a Fashion Revolution City Ambassador, founded the sustainable fashion think tank change-room.org, and is a frequent contributor to European discussions around the ESPR and Digital Product Passport.

In 2021, she founded Repair Rebels, translating her expertise in circular business models, digitalisation and innovation into practical solutions for the fashion industry. Today, she works with brands, policymakers and industry stakeholders on the future of repair, circular services and product longevity.
