Hilke Anna Patzwall is a leading sustainability expert in the outdoor and textile industry. Since 2006, she has been responsible for sustainability at VAUDE, overseeing the company’s sustainability strategy. In 2025, she became Founding Member and Chair of the Green Shape Association, the independent non-profit organization behind the Green Shape Standard, leading its development into an EmpCo-compliant third-party certification system for the industry.
