Capital to product: What implementation actually takes

PERFORMANCE DAYS, Munich

Breakout Stage

Tuesday 13th October 2026

14:00 - 14:30 CEST

Investment in circular innovation is often discussed in the abstract. This panel examines what it actually takes to turn capital, technology, partnerships, and supply chains into real products in the market. Collateral Good, a Zürich-based impact investor, brings together one of its portfolio companies CLIMATEX, alongside implementation partners from across the value chain, to trace the full journey from investment decision to market reality.

The panel combines three perspectives:
The investor: Collateral Good on what circular innovation needs to become investable at scale
The startup: CLIMATEX on their technologies and the path from innovation to implementation
The implementation partners: VP Textiles and YKK on how CLIMATEX is being implemented in a real workwear product

Moderated by Collateral Good, the discussion will focus on what it takes to turn an investment in circular innovation into something tangible in the market: collaboration across the value chain, lessons learned so far, and what is needed to scale.
