When talking about beauty in the context of functional clothing, we think of rich colours, eye-catching textures and prints, pleasant fabric handle, unique styling and embedded performance. However, truly beautiful products need to also be designed with sustainability in mind.

Providing food for thought around environmental challenges and opportunities, Anne will showcase a selection of innovative fabrics and present design concepts that blend both human and environmental wellbeing in order to create unique performance products.

Since 2009, she has been specialising in design-driven sustainable innovation, and her projects include market & consumer research, trend forecasting & analysis, creative direction and collection design & development, as well as inspiring others through lectures, articles and tailor-made sustainable design workshops and tools.
