The future of workwear

Innovative materials are shaping the workwear of tomorrow—lighter, safer, more durable, and increasingly sustainable. From bio-based Dyneema and Cordura blends for abrasion-resistant reinforcements, to comfortable cotton-Cordura baselayers with UV protection, to highly functional cut- and flame-resistant fibers, new developments combine protection, comfort, and performance like never before. Ultralight 3-layer constructions made from recycled polyamide, high-strength UHMWPE knits, and aramid or steel-core fibers ensure that workwear not only withstands the toughest demands but also maximizes freedom of movement and wearer comfort.

2Layer

58% rec. PES, 42% PET(Carbon Capture EG)

The fabric is crafted from recycled polyester fibers and carbon-capturing polyester, with 30% of single yarn composition derived from Bio-MEG, created by converting industrial emissions. Compared to virgin PET, this process reduces the carbon footprint by 16%. To facilitate recycling, mechanical stretch replaces elastic fibers, and a PET membrane (including 50% recycled content) is bonded using PET glue instead of PU glue. This innovative approach ensures a truly mono-material composition, making the fabric not only sustainable but also easier to recycle.
