TENCEL™ Fibres – Conservation of Water
Water is a very versatile resource for the production of TENCEL™ fibres. It is part of the natural cycle of wood growth and also serves as process and cooling water in fiber production. On the basis of innovative solutions water use in the value chain is optimized. Furthermore TENCEL™ fibres are biodegradable in sea water and don’t contribute to micro plastic pollution of the oceans.
